Cooking Brown Rice   


In this brand new article we shall be telling you the way and recipe to cook Brown Rice which will be even good for those gentlemen which like to lose their weight.
It just takes 15 minutes to cook brown rice.

Requirements:

  • Brown rice as much quantity you want to cook. 
  • Thick bottomed cattle or sauce pan
  • Water as per quantity of rice. Note: For 60 grams of Rice use 4 cups of water
  •  Pink Himalayan Salt

Cooking Process:

  • Soak brown rice in water for 15 minutes before you actually cook it.It is good to remove phtytic acid.After soaking the rice, wash it in the same water.
  • Now take the required quantity of water (Note: For 60 grams of Rice use 4 cups of water)
  • Put water in the cattle or saucepan and boil it.
  • After the water has become a lively hot, put Pink Himalayan Salt as much as you like.
  • After the water gets boiled put the soaked rice in it.
  • Give the rice in water a stir and allow the water to come boil.
  • Once the water comes to rolling boil, put the flame to medium and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • It is good if you put a timer of 15 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes check if the rice is cooking.
  • After 15 minutes rice shall have cooked.
  • Now turn off the flame and strain the water, so that the rice can be separated from water and excess starch is also removed.
  • Put the cooked rice on strainer for 3 minutes, so that the water is fully drained.
  • Now your brown rice non sticky recipe is full prepared. You can use it with Dal or use it to make other recipes.
